Abstract Submission

Participants are required to prepare and submit their abstract in accordance with the provided template. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed and approved by the editorial board. Each participant is entitled to have one abstract published.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts must be written in English and submitted before August 31, 2026.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed and selected, and only those approved will be invited to present at the conference.
  • Those who are selected to do oral presentation must include the author’s full name, institutional affiliation, country, and email address.
  • Once the abstract is accepted, it will be considered officially confirmed only after the participant completes payment through the conference website.
  • Abstracts must be between 250–350 words (a tolerance of ±10 words is acceptable). The abstract should be typed in Times New Roman, font size 10, justified alignment, and single line spacing.
  • Keywords (10 Font Size, Bold, Centered): 5 words that are written with 10 font size and seperated with commas, margin 1 inch
  • The abstract must be structured, containing the following sections:
    Objective: Begin with the rationale and clearly state the aim of the study.
    Methods: Briefly describe the study design and methodology.
    Results and Discussion: Highlight key findings and their significance.
    Conclusion: Provide meaningful conclusions and implications.
  • The submitted abstract must be an original, unpublished work, specifically prepared for The “5th JoPPP–Mongolia 2026”, and must not have been submitted to or published in any previous conference or journal.

Abstract Publication

Publication Venue:
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the Journal of Pharmaceutical Policy and Practice (JoPPP), a leading pharmacy journal with a 2023 CiteScore of 4.7 and an Impact Factor of 3.3 (2023). JoPPP is published by Taylor & Francis. For more information, visit: https://www.tandfonline.com/journals/jppp20.
Consent for Publication:
  • The presenting author will be required to provide consent for publication in JoPPP upon confirmation of abstract acceptance.
Publication Policy:
  • Each presenting author who successfully registers and pays the conference fee is eligible to publish ONLY ONE abstract in the journal.
  • Presenting authors submitting multiple abstracts must choose ONE abstract for publication.
  • Authors who wish to publish additional abstracts will incur an extra charge of 50 USD per abstract.

Oral Presentation:

  • Participants will be asked whether they wish to present their abstract at the oral presentation sessions, as indicated on the submission form.
  • The program and abstract review committee will organize the selection process for abstracts submitted by participants who wish to present at the oral presentation sessions.
  • Participants who pass the presentation selection criteria will be officially notified by October 15, 2026.

Oral Presentation Selection Criteria:

  • The abstract must have been accepted.
  • The participant must have the ability to present in English.
  • The presentation content must be prepared in PowerPoint format and submitted by October 15-25, 2026

Oral Presentation Material Requirements:

  • Presentation Duration: 15 minutes (plus 15 minutes for Q&A sessions)
  • Presentation Language: English
  • File Format: PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt, .pptm)
  • Opening Slide: Must include presentation title, presenter’s name, affiliation, and date
  • Number of Slides: Up to 15
  • Content Logic: Should follow a standard academic structure
  • Font, Color, and Design: Font size 20 ptor larger; use light background with clearly visible text
  • Equipment: Presentation materials must be saved and prepared suitable for a Windows-based computer.
  • File Name and Submission Instructions: Use registration code + presenter’s name + presentation title when saving and submitting the file.
