Registration Fee Inclusions

The registration fee includes attendance at plenary sessions, oral presentations,  round-trip transportation between the airport and the hotel, two lunches, coffee breaks, one welcoming dinner, the cost of one abstract publication and transfer service from specific hotels to the conference venue. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Payment Deadline: Registration payment can be made after the abstract is accepted but must be completed no later than Aug 1, 2026 for the early bird rate or 15 Sep 2026 for the regular rate. 

Group Registration Policy

We are pleased to offer a special group registration discount for The 5th JoPPP – Mongolia 2026. Groups of 20 or more participants will receive a 10% discount off the normal registration fee. Below are the details and requirements for availing this discount: 

 

Eligibility

  • The discount applies to groups of 20 participants or more registering together.
  • All participants in the group must register under the same organization or affiliation.

How to Register

  1. Download and complete the Group Registration Form available on the official conference website ([Link to application form]).
    A representative of the group should submit the completed form via email to joppp2026@etugen.edu.mn  with the subject line: "Group Registration for The 5th JoPPP-Mongolia 2026."
  2. The organizing committee will review the submission and inform the group representative of the total conference fee (with the discount applied) and the payment methods via email.
  3. Once payment has been completed, the group representative must send the payment proof to the organizing committee via email.
  4. The organizing committee will issue a unique registration code for the group. The number of codes issued will equal the number of group members. Each individual in the group must complete their personal registration using their assigned code

Payment

  • The total discounted fee must be paid in one single transaction to qualify for the discount.
  • Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of the group registration.
  • Proof of payment must be sent to joppp2026@etugen.edu.mn to finalize the registration process.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The 10% discount applies only to the normal registration fee and does not include additional costs such as add-ons or late fees.
  2. All participants in the group must complete their registration and payment by 1 August 2026 to qualify for the discount.
  3. Group registration is non-cancellable, and refunds are not permitted. However, substitutions within the group are allowed until 28 October 2026. If you have concerns, please contact the organizing committee.

Conference Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate registered participants who wish to cancel their attendance at the 5th JoPPP-Mongolia 2026. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellation Procedure

Registered participants who wish to cancel their conference attendance must submit a written request via email to the organizing committee at joppp2026@etugen.edu.mn. The email subject line should be: “Conference Cancellation from [Your Name].”

Refund Policy

Refunds for conference registration fees will be processed as follows:

  1. Cancellations Approved by 1 September 2026:
    A full refund of the registration fee (100%) will be issued (Intermediary bank charges will be deducted from the total amount).
  2. Cancellations Approved Between 1-28 October 2026:
    A 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued (Intermediary bank charges will be deducted from the total amount).
  3. Cancellations After 28 October 2026:
    No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date.

Additional Terms

  • Refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference.
  • Refunds will be issued at a fixed exchange rate of 1 USD =  MNT (The refund will be calculated based on the exchange rate of the refund date.).
  • Any transaction fees or charges related to the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.
